Moving out of state is no picnic.

(…especially with four kids, two full-time jobs, and an aging dog.) 

We had to sell our house in Oakland and buy another one three states away, all while juggling a major move and lifestyle change. We knew we needed a lot of help.

We needed someone who could recommend immediate ROI improvements, manage the upgrades after we moved, and keep the timeline humming. We needed a liaison between ourselves and contractors, inspectors, painters, stagers, cleaners and gardeners. We needed a watchful eye on our house, and reassurance as the pressure mounted. 

Most of all, we needed someone who would protect our interests every step of the way. We watched it all from afar with awe, as Anne executed everything like the conductor of a symphony, including concurrent closing deadlines — and she made it all look easy.
